Women and the Green Economy, Launched at Cancun Conference was a great success

In partnership with the UN Foundation, Earth Day Network showcased some of the emerging global green economy's most influential women at both its December 4 World Climate Summit panel "Women's Leadership in Accelerating the Green Economy: Challenges and Opportunities" and at a joint breakfast on December 7. Audience participation at both events showed clearly the enthusiasm for the potential of women to change the rules of the green economy game.
