AEU REAFFIRMS ITS RESOLVE TO SUPPORT WORLD PEACE RESOLVED that the American Ethical Union Assembly, as a religious group dedicated to the promotion of a just and decent relationship among people everywhere, recognize the paramount importance of promoting effective and genuine international cooperation towards world peace; we urge the support of the ideals of international cooperation through the United Nations and other agencies with the hope that there will be progress to a higher and more effective level of international cooperation as a means of averting threats to world peace while advancing the welfare of mankind.
