SECRET TRANSPORTATION OF NUCLEAR WARHEADS

WHEREAS, The "White Train" secretly transports nuclear weapons in the United States from production point to deployment and dispersal sites, and

WHEREAS, These weapons of mass destruction, if used, will murder millions of people and possibly end all life on earth, and

WHEREAS, It is a danger to people along its path from possible accidents, and

WHEREAS, It is a danger to civil liberties, by suppression of information and authoritarian action,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

1. The American Ethical Union is opposed to the secret transportation of weapons of mass death through our country in armored trains.
   
   
2. We will make our individual choices as to how we will protest, how we will resist, and how we will bring this urgent message to our neighbors, our government, and the riders of the White Train. We will support each other in those choices.
