We need to be kind of ourselves so that we can go and do good work in the world, and to be compassionate with people in our lives. Self-compassion meditation gives us the opportunity to provide good care for ourselves.
No experience is needed for Community Meditation and you can’t do it wrong. You just need to join us and be prepared to be as kind to yourself as possible.
The meditation will start at 10 minutes after the hour and will last for about 20 minutes. Following the meditation, we’ll have opportunity for discussion looking at meditation from an Ethical Culture perspective.
