The 2024 Assembly Business meeting will be held on Sunday, July 28, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Central Time. If you are designated as your Society’s Primary Delegate, an AEU Board Past President, an AEU Board member, or an Ethical Culture Leader, you must complete the 109th Assembly Official Delegate Designation Form before you are able to vote. All voting will require access to an electronic device, whether a delegate is on site or attending virtually.

Please file out the Delegate Designation Form by June 25, 2024. Only one representative (usually your Society’s board president) should complete this form for each Society. Delegates materials will be delivered on June 26, 2024.

From the AEU Bylaws, Article II: Assembly, Section 7: Voting Rights, a. Societies:

Each Society shall be entitled to one (1) vote plus one (1) additional vote for each 50 individual members or fraction thereof (provided such fraction consists of at least 10 members). 

1-59 members —> 2 delegates (votes)
60-109 members —> 3 delegates (votes)
110-159 members —> 4 delegates (votes)
160-209 members —> 5 delegates (votes)
210-259 members —> 6 delegates (votes)
260-309 members —> 7 delegates (votes)
310-359 members —> 8 delegates (votes)
