Peace is not the absence of war but an active effort to create a better future for societies across the world. Joining the Ethical Culture Society of Bergen County for their Building Peace series is Cynthia E. Smith from the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum to discuss the themes of her latest project, Designing Peace. She will explain how we can use our creativity to create the change that we want to see and take the necessary action to make it happen.
