Police reform is an issue that activists across the country have been striving to address for decades. On April 6th at 7:15 PM EST, our friends at the Ethical Humanist Society of Rochester will be hosting Conor Dwyer Reynolds, Executive Director of the Rochester Police Accountability Board (PAB). Conor will discuss the mission and activities of the PAB as well as their efforts so far, its goals, the challenges it faces, and its role in improving policing in our community. Interested in seeing how one community is addressing police reform? RSVP to this hybrid event to find out!

About our Speaker:

Conor Dwyer Reynolds graduated in 2013 from the University of Rochester and in 2017 from Yale Law School, where he later served on the faculty as a clinical lecturer. In 2020, he returned to Rochester to become Executive director of the newly formed Rochester Police Accountability Board. As Executive Director, Conor is responsible for overseeing their efforts as they look to reimagine what public safety looks like by [ensuring] “public accountability and transparency over the powers exercised by sworn officers of the Rochester Police Department.”
