Giving and receiving empathy is one way to reenergize ourselves, and the capacity to do so is also essential to building relationships and community. We can enjoy being seen and understood, seeing others and understanding them. We can always improve our empathy capacity through learning and practice.

Join Ethical Culture Leaders Jone Lewis and Louise Jett on third Wednesdays each month for Empathy Connection, a time for practicing and exchanging empathy.
