The Pre-Assembly Information Sessions are offered to provide detailed information about materials related to the upcoming Assembly Business Meeting on Saturday, July 25, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET. While delegates are not required to attend all of these meetings, we encourage you to provide representation, especially for topics of special interest to your Society.

These meetings are open to all AEU members. Sessions are free to attend, and Zoom registration is required. All sessions will be recorded and made available to 2026 Assembly Society Delegates.
